The Network is led by the Higher York Board on which is made up of the Principals and Vice-Chancellors of the colleges and universities together with the Chief Executive of the City of York council.  The Executive group is made up of Senior Managers from each institution and also includes representatives from the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) and the City of York council. 

Curriculum groups are now up and running in the following areas: Archaeology & Heritage; Art, Design and Creative Industries; Bioscience; Business & Management; Counselling; Electronics/Electrical Engineering; Health & Social Care; IT; Sports, Leisure & Tourism.
